Wild Pansy sewing patterns are for personal use only.

When you purchase a Wild Pansy pattern, you may use it to make garments for yourself, or as gifts for others.

You may not:

resell, redistribute or share the pattern or digital files;
upload or distribute the pattern online or in groups;
reproduce the pattern for others;
use the pattern to produce garments for commercial sale; or
claim the pattern or its instructions as your own.

If you would like to use a Wild Pansy pattern for commercial purposes, please contact us to discuss a separate licence.

Return and Refund Policy

CHANGE OF MIND

If you've changed your mind about a ready-to-wear garment, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or a store credit only, provided it is:

unworn and unused
unwashed
in its original condition
with all original tags attached

Please contact us before sending your return. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

MADE TO ORDER

As some Wild Pansy pieces are made specifically for you, made-to-order garments cannot be returned for change of mind.

Please check the sizing and product information carefully before ordering.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll make it right.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.

DIGITAL PATTERNS

Sewing patterns are digital products and cannot be returned or refunded, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

If you're having an issue accessing or using your pattern, please get in touch and we'll help.

HOW TO RETURN SOMETHING

Email us at ruby@wildpansy.au with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We'll let you know what to do next.
